Petition of Sakinah, the mother of Husayn ‘Ali, the publisher of the Badr newspaper, to the Prime Minister. She complains about her son's arrest and describes the hardship the family has suffered in the forty days since his arrest, namely her fall that injured her leg on her way to submit one of her petitions, and the miscarriage her daughter has suffered. She asks for an investigation and demands that if her son is found guilty, the family be offered some kind of assistance.

More information about this item could be found on page 465 of the third volume (first part) of Malik Library's catalog of manuscripts. Page 17 bears the seal of Muhammad Husayn.
